Ooh yeah, this one was really good :-)

Top tier has:
- fresh raspberries
- tamagoyaki (though I added maple syrup instead of just sugar)
- La Vache Qui Rit cheeses

Bottom tier has:
- (invisible, because covered by rice) salad of iceberg lettice, cucumber and cherry tomatoes
- homemade nasi goreng

Would the hot rice wilt the salad, or is it cold rice? Looks yummy. :3

It's cold rice, for that reason. I make a big batch, and then store it in little (150g) containers - it holds up to four days in the fridge, so that's really handy. And it's yummy cold, too :)
